The quote form asks for the lane, the freight, and how to reach you. Dispatch uses that to price the load. Sending it does not book a truck.

Ro-Mac uses what you send to quote freight, set up credit, or set up a carrier. We do not sell it, and we do not put it on the public site.
A credit application
A credit application goes to accounting@ro-mactransport.com. It can include the business, the bank, trade references, and, when the form asks, an owner’s home address and Social Security number. Accounting uses it to decide credit. It is not shown to carriers, and it is not posted anywhere on this site.
A carrier packet
A carrier packet goes to the dispatcher you choose. It includes the carrier’s authority, the signer, and how the carrier wants to be paid. Ro-Mac uses it to set the carrier up before a load is paid.
